Brookshire Court

is supposed to have aluminum siding on our houses. This was apparently part of the original architectural design and elevation. Since the sidings are actually made of wood, we have some flexibility to repair or replace. The standard siding width (exposed) is 8 inches so keeping that in mind, we have a number of options available to use that are already in use and approved for other clusters in the Reston area. These providers were actually supplied by the organization, we just narrowed it down to the 8” option.

Rather than force each owner to pick one type or price range, I believe we can approve a short number of options with DRB so our homeowners can decide. Here’s the short list I’d like to give DRB for approval for Brookshire Cluster Siding Options – what are your thoughts?
