Brookshire Meeting Minutes

Brookshire Cluster holds a General Assembly on the first Tuesday of February each year to address:

·         Year in Review:   Cluster cleanups, Picnic and yard sale, New neighbors: Welcome   

·         Review Financials and Budget: Actual vs. budget in past year,  plan for upcoming year, long term plan, reserves status and any changes to Dues amount

·         Review Landscape: Status of landscape, accomplishments past year, plan of action upcoming year and Date for Cluster Cleanup(s)

·         Review Social agenda: Activities for past year, plan of action for current year.

·         Open Forum discussion

·         Vote on board members
